Book an Appointment
Welcome to Gather's online booking site!
Initial Consultation
We invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation—available in person, online, or by phone. This meeting lets you get a feel for the therapist’s style, see the space, and ask questions about the therapy process or what to expect. It’s a pressure-free way to decide if we’re the right fit to support your well-being. We look forward to connecting with you!
Intake Session
An intake session is your first step in beginning counselling. During this appointment, your counsellor will get to know you, learn about your goals, and explore what brought you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and co-create a plan for moving forward. This session sets the foundation for a supportive and effective counselling experience that meets your needs.
Counselling Session
Ongoing counselling sessions give you dedicated time to continue your growth and build on what you’ve already started. In these sessions, you and your counsellor will revisit goals, develop practical tools, and work through challenges in a supportive, collaborative space. Regular appointments offer steady support that aligns with your needs.

Ally is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria. She specializes in supporting children and parents during the middle school years as well as older youth from high school into early adulthood. You can expect a light-hearted, warm, and casual approach that is gentle and oriented toward a trusting and safe relationship.
